At the soup kitchen of the NGO Remar in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, long lines form every day of people arriving to receive the food provided by Remar volunteers.
On this occasion, the beneficiaries of our soup kitchen have also received shoes and clothes donated by the company CEPUDO. We would like to thank this company for their donation, which has been destined for the benefit of those who need it most, as they are people of scarce resources. In Honduras, the COVID19 pandemic is leaving hundreds of families without economy and resources to feed themselves.
Remar began its work as an NGO in Honduras in 1996, and currently has 10 shelters for the care of people at social risk, and develops its programs for adults with addictions, women, and mothers with children, boys and girls.
