Remar Bolivia bakery opening.

Remar Bolivia presents the project “Living well in times of pandemic, sustainable and economic development and food security for girls, children and women of the community of La Enconada in Santa Cruz de la Sierra”. Funded by the Community of Madrid and Remar Spain.


Remar Bolivia has started this new project with great enthusiasm in the home that Remar has for rehabilitation and care for women in vulnerability in the municipality of Cotoca La Enconada, in the city of Santa Cruz.

This project consists on starting up a bakery, making and selling bread to benefit of the women who live in this home.


With the help of Remar España and grant from the Community of Madrid, to whom we are very grateful to, the inauguration of the “Bakery ÁGAPE, has taken place, as well an celebration of achievements and the results of this project.


Thanks to this project we have been able to construct this bakery and a store, the equipment of both, the installation of the oven works with solar energy, most importantly we have been able to train girls, boys and women in our bakery, we know that it benefit each of them.

Seeing the project being carried out fills us with encouragement; we know that the women in our centers have the opportunity to develop and this program ca also benefit their futures.

In Remar Bolivia, we continue innovating and with more projects in progress.
