REMAR Santa Cruz Brings Hope to Palmasola Prison
The NGO REMAR in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, made a special visit to the Palmasola Penitentiary Center, with the purpose of providing support and encouragement to the people serving sentences in this facility. During the visit, the volunteers shared a time of koinonia, offering a snack and, above all, bringing the Word of God, which brings hope and strength to those who are going through difficult times.

The Situation of Prisons in Bolivia: A Constant Challenge

REMAR NGO has been visiting prisons in countries where it has been authorized to do so for over four decades. In places like America, Europe and Africa, thousands of inmates have been transformed thanks to REMAR’s prison ministry, which is based on the biblical mandate to visit prisoners and bring them the good news of salvation.
In addition to visits to prisons, REMAR offers alternatives for social reintegration, with rehabilitation and restoration programs in those countries where the law allows inmates to serve their sentences in support centers managed by the NGO. This work has been key in the transformation of many lives, allowing inmates to find a second chance and a renewed purpose in Christ.
