REMAR Cochabamba successfully concludes training in nutrition, food and gender, raising awareness about the importance of healthy eating to improve the quality of life of women in vulnerable situations
The NGO REMAR Bolivia in Cochabamba has successfully completed a new training as part of the “It is Never Too Late to Learn” Project. On this occasion, the training focused on Nutrition and Gender, addressing essential topics on the importance of a healthy and balanced diet to promote a healthy life in the most vulnerable communities.
Nutrition and Gender: An Opportunity to Raise Awareness
This project has been a valuable opportunity to raise awareness and educate young people about the benefits of maintaining proper nutrition. During the day, participants were trained in various areas of nutrition, from the importance of hydration to knowledge of essential nutrients and the food pyramid. All of this with the aim of allowing students to apply this knowledge in their daily lives and pass on these healthy habits to future generations.
The commitment and active participation of the attendees was remarkable, demonstrating a great interest in acquiring eating habits that contribute to the well-being of their families. From REMAR Bolivia, we deeply appreciate the participation of all those involved in this training, as well as their dedication to promoting a healthy life.
Education for the Future: Comprehensive Training for Community Development
Through the “It’s Never Too Late to Learn” Project, REMAR Bolivia continues to provide training in various areas to promote the comprehensive development of people in vulnerable situations.
