We are in a permanent campaign of recruitment, training and sending volunteers to other cities or countries, to help refugees in Greece and other countries, as well as other activities of the entity.

Volunteers are the hands and the voice of our Organization. Concrete people who set an example of solidarity, trust and dedication, and encourage participation in the activities they carry out in the different countries where they work. If we have learned anything during all these years, it is that we are all important and necessary, but also insufficient for everything that needs to be done. It is the volunteers who, with their daily work and effort, make the Organization look to the future and adapt to the changes that the reality of today’s world entails.

The work carried out by the teams is versatile and heterogeneous, and requires flexible, versatile and committed people, who are trained according to the work they will be doing and prepared for the places or countries where they will be working. Many of the volunteers have first been helped out of precarious situations and then decide to help others to help them and others simply have a vocation of service and a great strength to work in favor of others.
