The Vice President of the NGO REMAR, Javier Jiménez Sanz and his wife, Lucía Orduña, have recently made a visit and tour of the NGO’s projects in Guatemala, Mexico and the United States. During their stay, meetings of workers and local leaders were held, they visited and toured each of the communities in the different countries, and shared moments of communion with brothers, volunteer friends and REMAR missionaries.
A journey of strengthening and collaboration
This ministerial visit has been an opportunity to share the word of God, strengthen the ties of unity and work in the three mentioned countries. In addition, it has served to learn first-hand the impact that the NGO’s work has on the most needy communities in Guatemala, Mexico and the United States.
A consolidated presence in the region
REMAR’s presence in Guatemala and Central America dates back to 1992, while in Mexico the NGO has been present since 1995. In the United States, REMAR has been carrying out its work since 1992.
Thanks to God and the work of its volunteers, throughout these years, REMAR has developed important social work in these countries, offering support to people in situations of vulnerability, poverty, social exclusion and addictions, through different support programs. comprehensive care.
